Charge 5 won't work at all

Won't Synch, watch face won't turn out, I've done all of the steps and still.....nothing.  Is this just a $250 donation to Fitbit? Thanks for the 5 months it worked.

Thank you for sharing all these details about the inconvenience you've been having with your Charge 5 and for confirming that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps. 

 

I'm sorry to see that you're still having this problem with the device not responding. I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've provided you with some instructions. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
