Yesterday I took a swim and after that the device went black. I tried to charge it today in case the battery was low but it won’t charge. What can i do? I bought the watch about six months ago.

There are a few steps that are usually helpful with battery or display issues. However, since you started to experience this problem after you used it to swim and the device would be water resistant up to 50 meters, I do recommend that you get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this.
