My Fitbit will not charge. It gives the appearance of charging but the battery drains the moment I disconnect from the charger. When I reconnect to the charger the battery life then reflects 1%.
I’ve restarted, rest, followed the guidance offered on these forums. It has not been submerged in water. It’s about 14/15 months old. It seems like this is a common issue, was there a recall on this particular version? If not, what is the fix?
