Charge 5 wont record data

My watch is only 9 months old and it has a 2 years manufacture guarantee. Contacted fitbit and they don't seem to understand. Can anyone help

Just so we have an understanding of the issue, please provide some additional details.

  • Are you not seeing any data on your Charge 5 or in the Fitbit app or both?
  • What do you see on the screen of your Charge 5?
