Charge 5

Only shows 5 dots on top of screen 2 solid blue, 1 solid red, 1 empty blue and another solid blue. It is charged and tapping the screen doesn’t change anything.

Hi, @Maryjuretic , this sounds very strange!

 

I would first recommend giving your Charge 5 a restart.  Instructions are here .

 

It also can help with screen hiccups to try changing the clock face on your Fitbit.  You do this from the app.  Here’s how:

  1. With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab. your profile picture. your device image.
  2. Tap Gallery. Clocks tab.
  3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want. Install.

If this fixes the problem you can return to your preferred clock face.
