Not Syncing with Vitality App

Looking fro some help as Vitality are so slow to respond

The last exercise sync to the app was on the 26th Oct, everything appears on my FitBit dashboard

I have done the usual of revoke permissions, checked permissions, deinstalled, reinstalled, etc etc

Anyone had a similar issue recently?

Hi, @MarkWAdams , as everything is working on the Fitbit side, this appears to be a Vitality issue.  

Vitality recommends unlinking your Fitbit and then relinking.  You do this on the Vitality app.  Member zone —> Activity tracker.

 

After relinking, apparently it can take up to 48 hours for your Fitbit activity to appear on Vitality.

Thank you, I did unlink and then relink on the Vitality Member Zone, but didn't realise it would take up to 48 hours - thank you !
