Charge 6 release date

It's reported that the charge 6 will be released September 28th

I hope this model is 100% waterproof getting tired of taking it off when I go shower

@Bassaddict   I saw reports like that, too.  I expect it will have the same water resistance as the Charge 5 and other models that support swimming.  There is one thing to be aware of.  Fitbit's Wear & Care page says that you can wear these devices showering, but suggests avoiding it.  It warns that repeated exposure to soaps, shampoos, etc., can lead to long term damage.

Hmmm...everybody's Charge 5s mysteriously break down simultaneously as Fitbit prepares to release its replacement. Sounds fishy to me.

The charge 5 cannot handle going in the water at all I've already toasted one by swimming with one

I believe tomorrow, Sep 28, is the day for the announcement of a new Fitbit. It's expected to be the Charge 6 with release date. 

I suspect if it is the Charge 6, it would likely be released at the same time as the Pixel 8 phones and Pixel Watch 2 in October.
