Weet iemand of het knopje voor de aansluiting van je bandje vervangen kan worden? En heeft iemand daar ervaring mee? Die is lam bij mij en de fitbit Charge 5 is net nieuw... Ik wilde het bandje verwisselen voor een adere en kreeg hem in eerste instantie niet los en heb er teveel kracht op gezet. Pas later zag ik hoe het wel moest zucht...

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Support team via email so you can receive assistance in Dutch.
