I have tried the reset 10 times, changed clock face 5 times. My app tells me my Fitbit is there but the screen on it is blank and battery drains in hours. I rely on this as my heart monitor for tachycardia issues. The update ruined the Fitbit and I can’t afford another. Any updates on this problem as I can see by the community that I am not alone in this!

The same has happened to me! My batter would hold charge for a long time until this update.
