Hi , I’m losing hope of getting my 3rd Fitbit charge 5 , first replacement faulty, second sent to some one in the US I live in the UK , another one sent out but the box was empty it had been stolen out the box good job delivery lady said check the box while she waited 🙁 , delivery problems aside , the charge 5 is the worse Fitbit I have had won’t be buying Fitbit again , customer service isn't anywhere near as good as it was 🙁
