Charger 5 Irregular Rhythm

The irregular rhythm notification is turned but I’m receiving any notifications.  Is there additional set up that needs to be done?   
I’ve been wearing a heart monitor since the beginning of April because I’m iin Afib rhythm and also NSVT rhythm, but the charger 5 hasn’t notified about it the whole time.

@Jbowen4646   Can you please clarify your first sentence?  You don't say whether it is On or Off.
