Hello, suddenly my brand new Fitbit Charge 5 stopped vibrating while the alarm is suppose to be triggered. Actually the alarm is not triggered at all..
I have silent mode and dnd off, the alarm is on.. vibrating machine works (tested in settings by switching the vibration mode) .. everything seems to be set correctly ..
what is even weirder is, that I didnt touch it and it just stopped triggering the alarm 😞
I bought it only for this particular funcionality so now the device is useless to me 😞
any hints?

@MrPtr support is clueless and development is silent on this. On my samsung android 12 device, the stock Samsung clock/alarm app does not send any signals to the watch with the exception of this bedtime alert. All other alarms, alerts, or notifications from this app do not show or go off. All other notifications work normally (for the most part). This really basic thing is strange.

Hi, I had a similar issue with my Charge 5 in that I had alarms set and they were working fine until I turned them all off while I was on vacation over Christmas. Then when I turned them back on when I went back to work after the new year, none of them work. No vibrating alarm, no popup on the swipe screen, nothing. I deleted all the old alarms and re-added them. I restarted my Charge 5. No change, still no alarms. They're in there, they just are not going off. Help?

I have the same issue! After turning off my alarms at Christmas. No rhyme or reason! I’ve done the same as you and no change!

Hello,
I have the same issue as well! Also after holiday I tried to turn the alarm on and nothing happens. I think it's a fault in the system and we should all spam tech support about this.
Good luck all!

Update, 01/24/23 - All of a sudden over this past weekend, after it hadn't synced since early December, I am now able to sync and the firmware update was available to download. All my issues have gone away and my Charge 5 is back to working like clockwork! I don't know what changed to make it start working again. I did several cycles of uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my device, etc. But now all is well that ends well.
