As of last week my Charger 5 isn't I currently keeping track of my steps. I'm a school teacher and move around 10k the day but now it's saying that I'm only walking a thousand steps. I've tried restarting it, unpairing and repairing nothing seems to be working. Help.

Thanks for sharing that you've been having this issue with your Charge 5 and that you already tried some troubleshooting steps.
Before considering other options, please make sure that the restart procedure you mentioned is the three pulse restart using the charging cable, as this is more effective than the restart option shown on the device's settings app.
In addition, let me know if you're not able to see the steps recorded on the device itself or if you do see them on your Charge 5 but they've not being synced to your Fitbit account.
