Hello, I was wondering if anyone else had this same problem, I have been recently waking up to my Fitbit saying I’ve burned 600 calories in my sleep which is nearly impossible especially since I have no steps for the day. If so is there any solution to this problem?

It is not an error and it would be impossible only if it was 0 and you were alive. You have been breathing and your heart has been beating, which burn calories.
Fitbit includes your BMR (basal metabolic rate) calories which you are always burning just to stay alive. These are credited even when you are not wearing your watch. They normally account for more than half of your daily calorie burn.

Okay thank you. I was aware of this, I just never realized how much it really accounted for!

You can look at your calorie burn graph at low point overnight and read calorie burn per 15 minutes and multiply that out to full day (times 4 times 24) to see Fitbit's value of your 24 hour BMR. There are different BMR calculations that can be used but they all yield fairly similar results.
