Hi, my fitbit charger 5 suddenly stopped working. I've tried all the recommended ways to get the screen working-changung the clock face, pressing the reset button on the charging cable x3 times for 1 sec over 8 sec period and nothing seems to happen. When I connect my magnetic charger to the back of my charge 5 it vibrates (like it's going to charge/work) sometimes showing the fitbit logo and other times just a row of lines and then the screen goes blank again. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Also, my watch hasn't synced with my phone for the past x2 weeks, so something is definitely up with it?

Yeah sounds like the same issue I started getting last night - I've also not been able to resolve. Only thing I have managed is to get it to wake up on a fresh charge, but then the watch keeps resetting and the battery drains super quick - didn't survive the night.

Mine has also suddenly started draining really quickly. I just attached the charger and it went down from 37% to 3%. It’s been really unreliable for the past week or so after about two years of faultless working.

When mine behaved like that a couple of years ago I had to speak to the help desk and they eventually sent out a replacement…

Yeah I've just spoken to them about that as an option - apparently they can no longer offer replacement Charge 5's (as they're no longer sold), so was offering a discount on the upgrade instead - rejected that and escalated, as I'm not paying for a device that only seems to last just over a year.
