Charger 5 stopped working

I've been buying Fitbit watches since 2015, bought 3 in the last 2 years, will not buy another one, my last one bought Aug 2022 it's just about working very disappointed ☹️ Thank you for reading.

My Charge5 last synched at 3:30AM PDT today.   The screen is back and it is unable to synch via the app.   I've tried the restart process multiple times, but to no avail.   The app says that the device is unable to synch at this time.

I am having the same issues. Purchased another one day before yesterday and now it’s battery is zapped after one day. Really getting frustrated.
