Awful design of charging dongle. Will not stay attached to watch. Need to jiggle and jiggle and hope it doesn't move. What are you doing about this issue. 5th Fitbit product I have bought and it's the pits. Looking forward to Fitbit's response.

Hi @Bob_S - Unfortunately, you will not see Fitbit’s response here. This is a community forum where Fitbit users try to help other Fitbit users. But maybe I can help. When you charge your Fitbit, are you making sure that the pins on the charging cable align with the port on the back of your charger? They are magnetic and for me at least, once you connect properly, the magnet holds the Fitbit Charge 5 securely in place. You can read more about it in the manual here.
