Charging Stuck at 99%

Charge5 is showing charge at 99% and is stuck there. The app shows battery is fully charged. Tried restarting but the problem remains. Same problem with the second Charge5. Both the devices were bought on 09-08-2022.

Hi, @Sainath2022, welcome to the community, if the app indicates your "Charge 5" is fully charged and it is showing 99% I do not think there is any problem the difference is only 1/100th of the battery capacity. Are you experiencing any other problems? Let us know.

Hi, @Gr4ndp4 , It is not a question of 1/100th or 1/1000th.The issue is functionality of the Charge5 tracker and the app that is designed to work with it. If there is mismatch in as simple a function as the display of battery charge, who knows what other information is being processed wrongly by the app or the Charge5 device. It has been only two days since the Charge5 trackers are delivered so it is too early to tell if any other problems crop up.

I've noticed that it can take a long time to go from 99% to 100%.  See if you keep it on the charger if it ever reaches 100%, and how long it takes when it reaches 100% from 99%.

usually the first 1-5% last longer than portion, and the charging/discharging process is not in a linear proportion. it worth exploring.
