My Charge 5 charges til 11% then if I unplug it, it immediately drops down to 5-8% and still wont turn on. Wont reset or anything else. Fitbit website isnt working for support. Any ideas?

Hi, @JGregg welcome to the community, I recommend that you try again to contact "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for prompt attention. Depending on your time zone you may have to repeat the process until you are linked to an office during open hours.
