Charging your charger five

How often should you charge the charger five? How low should the battery go before you recharge? Does it make a difference if you let it go down to like 20 or 10% or is there a certain level that you should recharge at?

In addition to the good advice from @LZeeW , note it is not necessary to wait until it gets very low, then do a long charge.  It is just as good, some say better, to charge a bit at a time, say 10 minutes a day to keep it in mid-range.

Hello @granniekaye and welcome to the Community.  Most of the independent sites that I find say to recharge at 20-25%.  There are things you can do to extend battery health and life.  They are described here.  Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
