Had anyone been able to fix the 5 dots issue. I have read other comments and no fix.

Hello @Bran80 

Have you tried changing your clock face? I have seen this work for some. 

To reset your clock face 

  • Tap your profile picture in upper left corner of Fitbit app.
  • Scroll down and tap Charge 5
  • Tap Gallery
  • Tap Clocks from the top of the screen
  • Select a new clock face 
  • Tap install and then the back arrow
  • Select Charge 5 from top of screen and make sure your new clock face is active
  • Select the back arrow
  • Then tap sync

Great solution, it worked for me! I thought my Fitbit crashed for no reason, I didn’t know it was an issue others had as well. Thanks for this, I’m happy again
