I need to find a transcript of my chat history. My Charge 5 recently stopped working, and I was offered a coupon for a new Fitbit since mine is out of warranty. The email never arrived and I need to retrieve the case number for customer service to look into why nothing was sent to me.

In order to retrieve the case number, I suggest you check your SPAM emails, because the message could have been moved to that mailbox.
