Does anyone have a check list to verify my Fibit Charge 5? (Before I throw it out). I’ve been thru the help list, read thru the postings, updated when updates happen but it still has problems. If there is a check list where I can verify I have it set up correctly or incorrectly and didn’t miss something. Please.
Best AnswerThx u Odyssey13 I have been thru the suggested steps and have updated the fixes but it still doesn’t work. Problem is - Watch blacks out from time to time. I have to attach it to charging device to wake it up.

Best AnswerTypically I turn my wrist or rap the Fitbit face it wakes up and displays info. But more times than not I tap the face and it appears dead. I attach it to the charger it wakes up, I sync it with the app. Battery is charged. I sync it it 2-3 times for the app & watch has the SAME info. I have to do this almost every day.
