I have “reminders to move” set between 08:00 and 17:00. After clocks went back it reset to 07:00 to 16:00 (why?), but now I can’t re-set it to normal. Has defaulted to 05:00 to 14:00. Another “feature” of new app which is such an unwelcome change from the old one.

Yep me too, the app, my dashboard and my watch all tell me entirely different things. It’s shall we say suboptimal.

Me too, watch and app state different times, on hourly activity. I also have different distances and unable to get app and watch the same. I wonder if we connected to google it would work better. But I would then loose some fb friends. I don’t like being forced into something I don’t want 🤬

Same here. Can not overchange hourly activity and steps, km walked Are not correct today. I will not charge over to Google . Assume that support must come in here and check issue. There must be something wrong with the app. Seems like a lot of people in Europe experience the same today After switching from summer time to winter time

This happened to me as well. It was taking 3 hours off the time I entered. I added 3 to the times I wanted and it seems to have the times I wanted.

Another one in the UK with the same problem. Fitbit infuriating, again!

I believe this is a problem through Europe when changing from summer to wintertime right now. can not overwrite the clock on hourly activity. Have tried to add and rewind.

Hello @DavidHargrave49 , @Merete67norway , @SunsetRunner , @mhdevon , @PKi11
Apparently, this is an issue when Daylight Saving time ends, but will get resolved tomorrow. There is a thread in the Fitbit.com Dashboard forum on the same topic with an explanation from @LZeeW : Since the clocks have gone back (UK) activity settings are out
I guess those of us in the USA will be dealing with this next weekend, when we turn our clocks back.

Yes also having this issue - mine was 8am to 5pm too and exactly the same thing. Won’t let me reset it in the app. I’ll have to turn off reminders as I don’t want my watch buzzing at me at 5:50!

Thanks Rieko, let’s hope you’re right. But it’s not happened before. Or at least i haven’t noticed. My old Charge 4 took a day to catch up in new time zones, but it’s virtually instant with Charge 5

Well, everyone, it looks like the situation has resolved itself. Woke this morning to find that Fitbit software/app had caught up, so hopeful that, now that they’re aware that clocks do change around the world, usually twice a year, they might tell the back-room boys to sort it out?

Recently travelled overseas and the 5 did not change time zones despite the phone showing the correct time, only way I could fix it was to put it on charge then sync it - dumb the old 4 always worked fine.

Thank you for confirming that your issue was resolved. I'm not sure why it happened this year for our international users. We'll see what happens this weekend when most of the USA goes back to standard time.
Hopefully, this was an outlier and won't happen next year.

Not sure what happened here but NONE of my concerns have been resolved?
