Charge 5 lost today's data on reboot

Symptoms exactly as in my previous post on this topic -- laggy screen on the Charge 5; total steps continued to increase but steps-per-hour didn't; Charge 5 refused to sync with the app despite following all of the troubleshooting steps. This time I lost 1538 steps before realising what was going on and doing a hard reboot.

What do I have to do to get this bug report taken seriously? Even if the answer is just "we've added it to our tracker but have no idea what's going on here" it would be useful to know that -- and given that it's a recurring problem it would also be useful to know if there's any particular information I can usefully provide about state etc the apparently inevitable next time this happens!

Again: I have not provided the detailed bug report in this post because I already provided one just under a year ago -- on 2022/11/11. Please don't just give me the same non-answer I got last year.

(... and are you aware that your forum software blocks posting of ISO-format dates? Because that is very much a thing that just happened.)
