If you have any issues with your Charge 5, we're always here trying to get you out of trouble.
But you'll have to describe the issue you're having with your device.

You mean like "I want to talk to the Manager" type complaining?

I don't think it really works that way any more when you're dealing with mega-tech.

Basically, they only care about customer complaints when it hits the bottom line.

There's a reason Google removed "don't be evil" from their code of conduct in 2018 and that's they're okay with their employees being evil.
