I have used my Fitbit Charge 5 for around 1.5 years only. After serious consideration between all the brands, I figured that despite having to subscribe to the premium features, this will be worth it. A friend of mine told me about how his Fitbit broke down after 2 years, I did not listen. I promoted the product to more of my friends, at least 7 friends and family followed my advice because I have done my research on things.
YET IN JUST LESS THAN 2 YEARS, ITS GONE BAD. Customer service was just not helping. This is ridiculous. Maybe its time, competitors are making 14 day battery, with meditation, HRV, and sleep coaches, with no subscription and probably better customer service. so disappointed. please help.

its ridiculous to have no repair option whatsoever. buying the device for 160 bucks and 10 dollar subscription every month equals to 20 dollars. I might as well get some other band that is built for pro athlete all the way. Can you at least refund my premium membership? or how can i get the discount? i dont really think im getting a new one with this kind of experience.
