Complete **ahem**- horrendous customer service

Never, never, never purchase anything from Fitbit. The delivery was 3 days late. The Charge 5 is awful. The heart rate accuracy was wildly inaccurate - more than 50 BPM which was verified at my gym using an accurate BPM monitor. When trying to return the piece of S, now it is “unable to process at this time.” Customer Service - which has been horrific at ever step - says “Try again later.” I wouldn’t buy my worst enemy anything from Fitbit because that would be the meanest thing I could imagine. If you read this, I beg you to purchase any other brand than Fitbit, and communicate that to everyone you know.

Hi @Nateinmpls  Fitbit isn't responsible for the delivery company's being slow. When did you purchase this? As for customer support, they are available when there is someone to answer the phone or reply in chat. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
