I want to completely start from scratch with my Fitbit information collecting. I can erase or reset, but as soon as I set up a new account, my old data comes up again. I can’t change email adress because I need that email to pay for my premium subscription. What can I do? I also have the problems with the sleep score and exact sleeping times. I used the  inspire before and never had these probs

While you can delete your fitbit account, you are given a 30 day grace period for changing your mind. You will need to wait the 30 days.

Alternatively, if you have a second email account

You can move your current account to a different email. Once moved you will be able to set up a new account to your current email.

Alternatively you may be able to use an email modifier to move the account to.

Hello @Catherine342

So ti make sure I understand correctly: you delete all your data (how ? I can not find this option), then re-create a new account with your email address and the deleted data shows up ? Is that correct ?

I want to delete it all but when I want to install everything new, my old data comes up again because it is in the ICloud with the e-mail adres I use. I need to use this ADRESS because that’s how I do my payments
