When If rest got my Fitbit, it updated and then the screen got corrupted. I tried resetting it and event changing clock faces, but it's still corrupted. I then contact live chat, email, and calling them. They had me do the same thing and then told me to wait until support email me. They said they will respond soon, but they never did and now they closed my case. Now I want to return my charge 5, but the website doesn't seem to recognize my order, even thought I order it off the Fitbit website.
Is anyone else able to get the screen to be fix?
