I am on my 5th fitbit in 4 years. I had a fitbit flex lost the tracker. I was sent a new one and that one fell out too. Bought a charge 4 but I think there was another fitbit before that can’t remember. I bought a charge 4 deluxe (cloth band). It died. I bought a luxe. It just died. Bought a charge 5 for Christmas. I am trying to set it up and at this point I want to run it over. Battery taking forever to charge. It wont stay connected. It wont update. It wont turn on after 2 taps on screen. I have forgotten the device in bluetooth and have removed it off the app at least 3 times. I gave up for the night but what gives? I have had a fitbit of some sort since 2018.
