Customer Service Is Terrible

I've not been able to use my Charge 5 for over a month.  Fitbit / Google messed up and kept my band and charger.  

TWICE I've contact Support for a status on replacing the band they kept and then denied receiving.

TWICE I've been told "wait and see" when asking for a status update, tracking number or anything.

This is seriously the worst customer service experience I've ever seen.  A company like Google (who Fitbit Support seems to be blaming this on) has no excuse for providing a customer service experience this terrible.

I'm done.  I'll never buy another Google product or give them another red cent.  This is beyond embarrassing for these two companies.
