My Fitbit Charge 5 stop working within 45 days and I have managed to contact the support service and keep asking me 7 to follow same repeating instructions. No solution achieved. Bought it directly from fitbit.com which is a big mistake because they say you can't ask for refund after 45 days of purchase. Shouldn't buy from them directly. Terrible.

Yes, it's terrible service and big mistake buying from Fitbit directly. My Fitbit Charge 5 stop working after 45 days. Talked to customer service and keep asking the repeating questions for 7 times. How can they support users with such terrible problem solver customers service in year 2022.

Hi @SunsetRunner different retailers have different windows in which to return an item. Costco is more liberal with their returns. Best Buy is 14 days. Some people like to buy local so they can return it quickly if something happens. So what's going on with your Charge 5? Might be someone on the forums can help with some suggestions.

Thanks for your reply. If you are buying directly in any Australian retailers, you are covered by the Australian Consumer Law.
Anyway, the fitbit charge 5 suddenly stop working totally. Not charging, screen is blank, not synchronise and the led light is not working either. Tried to restart it using the charging cable as instructed by the support system, still doesn't work.
