I just purchased the charge 5 only to find out it is a lot worse than Charge 2 in that it has no floor counts. How is it going backward?
Look Fitbit. The only reason I stick with your brand is ONLY that I set a target of completing 40.100 km or 1 circle of a globe and I have completed over 26k. Once it is done, I will swear... swear to put every Fitbit brand in some trash cans outside my house.
Thank Fitbit, you have motivated me, even more, to exercise and to finish this target as soon as possible. Yes, it is my bad not to double-check your features, but just like others who complain in this community.
Nobody in their healthy brain would have thought some important features are cut off or eliminated.

Hi, thank you for all your feedback and comments about the option to track floors with the Charge 5, @Wolverine_X.
The Charge 5 includes many of the features available with Fitbit smartwatches at a more accessible price, but the option to track floors wasn't included with this specific device. Keep in mind the Charge 5 does not have an altimeter, but I do recommend that you vote for these ideas posted in the Community forums to show your support for this feature and other alternatives:
Thanks again for taking the time to share all your feedback about this.
See you around.
