Fitbit’s support is the worst I ever experienced: 

case #50492640

- via chat: no resolution. Chatted with an Indian who had no idea what     my case was about

- no answer to emails, despite several reminders

- via their website their references got me running in circles.

A disgrace!

Hi @JD79  these forums are where users of Fitbit come to post and share. With you having a case number you need customer support and you won't find them here. Just keep trying.
