So I just sent ages on chat where Caroline basically got me to reset everything, turn off, turn on, force quite etc and then she cut me off while I was trying to reset the Bluetooth saying I was taking too long and obstructing other users! Now my phone can’t find my watch, my watch claims to be charging but isn’t turned on. Really terrible customer service. I’ve had three fit it’s over 8 years and this experience is making me think I will change brand. It’s so disappointing
Best AnswerHi, my Fitbit is still not working, won’t hold a charge and shows the screen with the cross in the circle. I’ve now tried resetting everything and if that is all there is to try then I’d have to conclude it’s not going to start working again. If you have any further suggestions please let me know. I previously owned and ionic which only lasted a couple of years, and two there’s before that. I really like the Fitbit app and have been using Fitbit for around 7 years so I would like to stick with the brand if I felt certain the next watch would give me value for money but it’s just too much money to keep spending when I know people using other brands whose watches last 5 years plus.
