Your title talks about iphone app but your text talks about Fitbit webpage dashboard.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I am having the exact same issue.  It seems as if there was no data in sleep until I checked the dashboard.

I got this watch this week. I have 1 older charge models and it works fine with them.

Sorry, but we do not understand the issue @DomDiego is having, therefore @Mlembke telling us that you have the very same issue is not helpful.

Could someone elaborate on what the issue is?

..Hi Mlembke..,et al.   further sleuthing of the issue with my Charge 5. To clarify: upon awakening, and successfully syncing the Change 5 to my iPhone XS Fitbit app., the previous night's sleep data does not AUTOMATICALLY show-up on the app..(it did for 3-months prior). HOWEVER I found that the data is THERE (on the app..- it did record). If I scroll down below to the sleep section and toggle the arrow button at the right side of the day I am interested in.., then the sleep stages, time increments, and the daily graph and all are there to review. If I go to the Fitbit.com website and log in to my page, all sleep data is there as well.

SO..., in the present, the ONLY PROBLEM ("Glitch") I'm experiencing is that the sleep stages, graph and details do not show-up AUTOMATICALLY on my iPhone app. after a successful sync. I've re-booted phone and re-installed the Fitbit App each 3x now (re-set-up on the charger too..), and Nada, Nothing..!

I'm happy to have "found the data", so I'll just live with this minor inconvenience of "Manual vs. Auto"  mode for viewing my sleep stages data and continue to LOVE my Charge 5 for the wealth of personal data it delivers to help me better understand my personal health metrics.  Good Luck fixing or finding workarounds for your glitche(s)

     Cheers..!
