I have a new FitBit Charge 5 (2 weeks now)…all of a sudden tonight the app dashboard on my iPhone 12 ProMax is not responsive. I can click on things but they do not open (steps, miles, zones, sleep. etc) as I have previously been able to do. I have no waiting updates for my Fitbit in my profile and I powered off my phone and restarted but still it’s like it is frozen. Any ideas what is going on? Up until now everything worked fine. (I have had previously a Charge 3, 4 and an older FitBit before them).

Best AnswerI’m not sure this will solve your problem, but my first step is to delete the app, then redownload it.
