I went charge my Fitbit after it had turned itself

off due to low battery. I placed on charge and has been non responsive since, frozen on the logo screen. I have tried the reset button several times with no change. Any suggestions?

Hi. Having the same problem. I let it run low on battery and was able to run it again. But then after a day the logo again. All since the last update.
