Data lost after charging my Charge 5

After plugging in my fitbit device to charge, it randomly restarted. I didn't think anything of it until I unplugged it from the charger and found that all my data from 2 and 6 pm was deleted. (plugged it in around 7 and took it off the charger around 7:45) I understand that data is not stored in the device itself, but when I log into the dashboard online as well as log in and log off the app, the data is entirely gone and I don't know how to recover it, if possible. I've tried just about everything, including restarting, clearing cache, and reconnecting bluetooth. No luck yet....
