Hi, 

 

I just got my Fitbit, and I ran into a quite annoying problem. When the language is set to Norwegian, it cuts of the last number of today's date. And if I try to change language to English, it fits, but changes back by itself after a couple of hours. Please help!

Thank you for sharing all this information about this inconvenience you've been experiencing with your Charge 5.  

This information has been shared with the team; they are aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible, but we haven't received other updates about this for the moment. 

In the meantime, please try completing a restart procedure as well, as this has been useful for other users experiencing similar problems with the display.
