This is being posted because I have no interest in chasing down a real person after waiting on an automated line. When I placed the order it said it would be here by Wed, 10/20. I wouldn’t have placed the order otherwise because I wanted it right away. Then I get a shipping notice telling me it would be here on Fri, 10/22. Today. The status says it’s arriving today but the activity shows that it’s in Knoxville so I’m guessing it will arrive Tuesday of next week. I’m not waiting anymore. I’ll go buy it locally and have it tomorrow. Your package will be sent back immediately.

Hi @SusanP0558 Fitbit can't control the shipper once the package has left their warehouse. You will need to get with Fitbit customer support in order to properly return the device if you want a refund. If you just send it back without proper authorization, it would make getting your refund next to impossible. You need to get with support as there is no other way.
