Hi all!
I noticed that if I manually start a training session (weights), I get a completely different HR chart than if I just do the exact same training routine without telling the band I'm exercising. I could understand slight differences, no day is exactly the same, but I'm taking about a completely different chart with the exact same routine, (same sets, reps and weights). When I manually turn on exercise tracking I get a clear spike-plateau-fall shaped chart, with high hr peaks close to 130 bpm, and when I don't manually select the exercise, the chart is practically flat, just a slight increase and a couple hr peaks close to 110 bpm.
Is the charge 5 programed to track your hr differently when you select an exercise mode? Which way is more accurate?
