Different heart rate readings.

My Fitbit says my current heart rate is 73 so I did a heart rhythm check with the FB and that reading is 153!! I contacted chat support, read the suggestions, restarted the fb, tightened the strap but same result; widely differing results. I think I made the wrong choice buying tis device! 😡

I have this issue but the other way around.  My fitbit HR will show as something like 70 but when I do the ECG scan it's always under 50 (I do have a resting HR of 39 to 41). If the ECG is supposed to medically backed then I assume that is reading correct and the HR on the fitbit main screen is wrong.
