Difficulty Setting Alarm

Hello All,

I’m wondering if you could help, I got a new Charge 5 for Christmas but unfortunately the alarm feature isn’t working on my device.

It was the most helpful feature on my device and vibrated when I was to wake up in the morning. I’ve tried setting the alarm on the face of the watch but it doesn’t work/go-off, can anybody help me with this problem.

@marcfromglasgow You should be able to set an alarm by swiping from right-to-left on the face of the Charge 5, from the main screen. Do this (swiping) until you get to the alarms. I believe you have to swipe about 4 times to get there. From there, you should be able to set an alarm. Also refer to the Charge 5 manual, page 29.
