For the past 2 days, I can't get my app to upload my stats. I've removed the app, redownloaded it, logged out and back in again, and checked bluetooth. Nothing is working. My alarm didn't go off this morning either and it was still lit up when I checked my watch. Any help is appreciated!

Thanks for explaining your situation in regards to your stats shown on your app using Charge 5.
After reviewing the system, I was able to check you need to update your Firmware, follow the steps in this article in order to do so, since this may impact the situation with the stats. Also, thanks for the steps you have followed!
Also, make sure to sync your device with you cellphone before checking the stats on the app.
