My Charge 5 has been working absolutely fine since I got it 5months ago however, all of a sudden my hourly activity and sleep details are not being recorded at all on the app. The hourly activity is still being logged k. My device but the reminders to move are sporadic.
i have reinstalled the app, restarted the Fitbit device, restarted the Bluetooth but can’t seem to fix it. I have been trying for the past three days. Any ideas??

I appreciate all the information that you've shared about the difficulty you're experiencing with your Charge 5 and the troubleshooting steps that you already tried.
Let me know if you seen any problem to sync the rest of the information recorded by your device, like steps, calories, heart rate, or if it's happening only with sleep information. By the hourly activity, let me know if you're indeed referring to these metrics I mentioned earlier.
In the meantime, please let me know if you've tried all the other steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.

I have carried out all of the trouble shooting advice but still not working.
the device is not showing heart rate and vibrate reminders to move etc have stopped working. There are also no lights on the back of my device when I take it off my wrist.
On the app, heart rate, sleep and zone minutes are not registering. Also, the hours with 250+ steps is not registering on the app.
