Disappointed with Charge 5

I just wanna share my disappointment with Charge 5. I have my Charge 5 after a  year. Since the warranty is over, I just had all sort of issues… it started with the sleeping track not working and now it is stuck in the logo after a month … I tried all mentioned in the posts, update firmware, nothing works  …. I don’t know what to do
