Has 194.61 firmware been pulled?

Is firmware 194.61 no longer being pushed to devices? It doesn't show up in my app.I tried asking in the main thread about the firmware update, but the site won't let me reply there. 

My Fitbit stopped working abruptly a week or so ago. The usual troubleshooting didn't work and FitBit wouldn't replace it since it was 15 months old and instead have a discount on a new unit. So I purchased a new one and after two days of being broken and ignored the old one came back (mostly) working and reporting the old firmware. I would like to try completing the firmware update to my old unit, so I know whether it will work or not. If it can fully survive the update, I'd like to return the new one before the 30 day return window ends.

I should also mentioned that my brand new Charge 5 shipped with the same old firmware my old unit had. So I'm also concerned whether this new one will survive an update.

Hi Fitbit mods,

Would you please let us know what is going on with this firmware release? Is it still being pushed out or has it been suspended? What recourse to owners of failed units have other than you offering a 35% discount? Will Google/Fitbit stand behind its product, admit to an oops and do the right thing bu offering replacement products with working firmware. Your loyal users have a right to know these things!
