Anyone else disappointed with Charge 5? No altimeter and the GPS  does not track height! Sync with Strava very poor, duplicate events, zombie events etc. Poor battery life and endless notifications. Having had a fitbit for over 5 years I may revert to a watch. I can’t see the point in a device that is more annoying than helpful.

Yep, I'm finding this rather disappointing myself. Now that you mention it I did notice it lacked an Altimeter too, not that it was hugely important but I don't see why they couldn't add it in. I upgraded from the Charge 3 and am starting to feel like this was a downgrade except for the color screen, which seems laggier and less responsive. The annoying amount of notifications is bothersome too.

My battery is not even lasting 24 hours, maybe 16 or 17 at most. It will be two weeks Tuesday that I was moved to a higher level of support. They have not gotten back to me. It’s a shame, this is my third Fitbit in about 11 years and it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. Very disappointing. I just want a new device or my money back.
